The ZV-500 nozzle for tankers is a high-performance nozzle with TW coupling MK 50, non-automatic. The equipment includes a non-return valve for full hose operation, a 3-step hold-open button for one-hand operation and a quick-closing system with automatic pressure shock damping, which does not need to be adjusted.
This nozzle has an unbreakable plastic sight glass (not suitable for carburettor fuels and media containing alcohol). The housing is made of aluminium, the internal parts are made of stainless steel and Delrin, the hose connection and the TW coupling MK 50 are made of brass, the O-ring is made of NRB.
Due to its robust design, this nozzle allows for long-lasting and low-maintenance professional use. The high availability of spare parts and our repair service reduce downtimes in case of a repair to a minimum.
